Account Creation

• You must be at least 18 years old to create an account
• Provide accurate, complete, and current information
• Maintain the security of your account credentials
• Notify us immediately of any unauthorized access
• One person per account; sharing accounts is prohibited

User Classifications

• Directors: Full platform access and business control
• Assistants: Administrative and coordination support
• Project Managers: Site operations and team management
• Employees: Daily workers with self-service access
• Clients: Project owners with dashboard access

Service Packages

• Essential Package: Standard construction rates + 5% project management fee
• Premium Package: Essential + ₵15,000 service fee for diaspora clients
• Luxury Experience: Premium + ₵50,000 hospitality package for VIP clients

Payment Terms

• All prices quoted in Ghana Cedis (₵) unless otherwise specified
• Initial deposit required before project commencement
• Progress payments tied to milestone completion
• Final payment due upon project handover
• Late payment fees apply after 30 days
• We accept Mobile Money, bank transfers, and international payments

Escrow Services

Client funds are held in secure escrow accounts and released based on project milestones and completion of agreed deliverables. This provides protection for both clients and Africa Gateway Developments.

Construction Projects

• Timelines are estimates and may vary due to weather, permits, or unforeseen circumstances
• Change requests must be approved in writing and may affect timeline and cost
• Client access to construction sites must be coordinated for safety
• Final inspections required before project handover
• 12-month warranty on workmanship (excludes materials defects)

Material and Labor

• Material prices subject to market fluctuations
• Quality materials sourced from reputable Ghana suppliers
• Skilled labor provided by certified professionals
• Compliance with Ghana building codes and safety standards

Prohibited Activities

• Misrepresenting your identity or affiliation
• Sharing account credentials with unauthorized users
• Attempting to breach platform security
• Using the service for illegal activities
• Interfering with other users' access to the platform
• Reverse engineering or copying our software

Content Guidelines

• Maintain professional communication standards
• Respect intellectual property rights
• Do not share sensitive project information with unauthorized parties
• Report any security concerns immediately

Our Rights

• Africa Gateway Developments owns all platform software and technology
• Our branding, logos, and marketing materials are protected
• Construction methodologies and processes are proprietary
• AI analytics and business intelligence tools are our intellectual property

Your Rights

• You own your project data and construction documents
• Your communications and files remain your property
• We provide you license to use our platform for intended purposes
• You can export your data upon request

Service Availability

• Platform availability is not guaranteed 100% of the time
• Planned maintenance may cause temporary service interruptions
• Force majeure events may affect service delivery
• Internet connectivity requirements are user's responsibility

Liability Limitations

• Our liability is limited to the amount paid for services
• We are not liable for indirect or consequential damages
• Construction delays due to weather or permits are not our liability
• Third-party supplier issues are handled separately

Warranties

• 12-month warranty on construction workmanship
• Platform provided "as-is" with reasonable effort for reliability
• Third-party integrations may have separate warranty terms
• Material warranties handled by respective suppliers

Termination by Client

• 30-day written notice required for project termination
• Payment due for all completed work and materials
• Termination fees may apply based on project stage
• Data export provided upon request

Termination by AGD

• Non-payment or breach of terms may result in termination
• Safety violations or illegal activities cause immediate termination
• Refund of unused escrow funds after deducting completed work
• Data retention as per our privacy policy

Local Compliance

• All construction work complies with Ghana building codes
• Environmental impact assessments conducted as required
• Local content requirements met for materials and labor
• Tax obligations handled according to Ghana Revenue Authority

Dispute Resolution

• Ghana courts have jurisdiction over disputes
• Mediation preferred before formal legal proceedings
• Arbitration available through Ghana Arbitration Centre
• English language used for all legal proceedings
